This a well made product which came safely packaged. It's good quality and should last a long time.
The product was of good quality and would have been great had it fit my application. Unfortunately I did not realize that the form was wrong. The dome has a gradual slope and I needed straight sides so I had to send it back. The rep I talked to was friendly and helped me find an alternate that should work when I get it.
One thing that surprised me was the return shipping was more than the original shipping and costs about 1/2 what the original cost just to return it. I guess its the fact that ICON is in Canada and I am in the US but it makes it difficult to do business with them. So be sure what you order is what you need.
