We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase for items in new condition, free of damages or modifications. Original packaging and item is required to be returned in order to receive a refund. Contact us and we will assign your return an RGA number and arrange a return shipping label via our courier. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect the refund to be the price of the product paid, less the return shipping fees. You can expect the refund to be initiated at our office within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
