For units dated 2000 or newer, we can recreate your hard to find or obsolete tandem axle fender skirts. Order now and receive a plastic duplicate of your fender.

A SAMPLE PART MUST BE SENT TO US

Instructions:

  1. Add 'The Original Fender Creator' to your cart.
  2. Complete the checkout process.
  3. Package your fender (you can cut it into smaller pieces). Make sure the entire fender is sent. It can be tattered, chipped and scraped, but it all needs to be there.
  4. Ship us your fender. Write your order number on the box ("Order #523"). On the paperwork write: "Fender Sample for Reference Only". Ship to:

When we receive the fender, we will let you know and get to work on duplicating it.

We will also let you know once we are sending you your new fender. The program takes approximately 8 weeks from the time we receive the sample.  

*Your fender that you provide us will be used as a sample piece to recreate your skirt. This sample is consumed in the process of molding and cannot be returned to you with your new part(s).

    Fabricated Fenders for older Jayco 5th Wheel

    I have a great Jayco 5th wheel that is about 20 years old. The fenders finally gave up the ghost last summer and I began the hunt for a replacement. I came across Icon Direct and contacted the company. I received prompt assistance and suggestions. Because of the age of the camper, they did not have a fender design on file, so upon their urging, we removed the one good fender, cut it into 3 pieces for shipping and sent it to the company. It took awhile as they had to interrupt regular fabrication of parts to develop mine from the pieces I sent. They were good about asking for color preferences and communicative. I finally got the new ones and tried them this morning. They are an exact match to my camper and the color is great. Though it’s an older camper, it’s in really nice shape and I’m so glad that this worked out so well. Many thanks to my contact, Ryan.

    Fender skirts
