    Great

Customer service was fantastic. This fit my 2001 pioneer pretty well. There’s a small gap at the bottom but I’m not worried about it. Shipping was on time. Overall I’m happy.

    Good fender skirts. Amazing service!

We had a tire blow out on the way back from a camping trip that destroyed our fender skirt. I tried to purchase a new one from Lance only to find out they discontinued them. I found one on Icon's website that was slightly different, but the fact that it was 2" longer worried the most, so I contacted Icon directly. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional service rep. He was pretty sure it would work, but took my email information and actually went and grabbed one, took pics and dimensions, emailed them to me and got back to me within minutes. That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of in this day and age. I ordered the fender skirt, it came in the time frame he told me, and I installed it the same day it arrived. It seemed to be of great quality but the only issue I had is the last screw I put in pulled clear through the skirt. The screws were the same as what were on the original and I was extremely careful putting them in. Not sure what to do or how to secure the skirt at this location now with an over sized hole and no option to use a larger screw head. ...and it just happens to be the very screw at the bottom and at the front where it will bare the blunt of the elements... wind, rain, and snow.

to short and to high for pioneer

The skirt was 1" shorter than the original, and 1" higher. But with a little trimming around a storage compartment (1/2" x 4"L), I was able to mount it on the trailer, then cleaned up both ends where you could see where the original sat and it looked good.
