Great shroud for side RV AC. Make sure to measure how far your AC sticks out past the side wall. This grill is shallow. I made a frame out of 1 x 2 to provide clearance. My AC is sealed from the cut-out in the side wall to the AC metal case with butyl foil tape. There was no need to goop this shroud's perimeter on my installation. It will keep rain out of the AC unlike the screened original grill. It provides great condenser ventilation too.
