This hub is for transitioning from polyethylene holding tanks to ABS plumbing. 3" female slip end with O-Ring Included. A butyl sealant (part # 12062) and a hose pipe clamp can be used to seal the hub to a molded polyethylene collar.

    Fitting fit well

    This part fit the black tank perfectly and the slip joint fitting worked flawlessly to build up the RV Black tank valve. I could not find any "butyl" sealant locally, so went with DAP Dynaflex 230. We'll see how that sealant holds up overtime. But the Icon part was an exact replacement from the OEM RV Manufacturer.
