The part is obviously of a better material than the factory installed one. It fit well but we had to drill holes higher up because we found that the manufacturer cut the fender crooked which was hidden by the old skirt. We are happy with this product and would buy it again,
SPACERS NEED TO BE SUPPLIED TO KEEP THE MOUNTING SCREWS FROM CRACKING THE SKIRT
They were prefect, fit great, color was a little lighter then I thought, but all in all well worth the cost.
