I was very amazed by the quick response I received through the chat. After making the decision to purchase, I placed the order. Fastest processing and shipping imaginable, especially since coming from Canada.
Now to the reason for three stars. This should have been an exact fit for my rv, and I will say, it was remarkably close, but the screw holes were not able to line up.
I do feel that is a quality product in fact I ordered a skylight which also seems good quality, but ordered it though Amazon as shipping was too high to order direct.
Direct replacement for factory skirt. Great fit.
