The material is of high quality but the length was not of sufficient length to cover both cut ends. Had to utilize the old material on one end.
Was unhappy but Heidi made things right immediately.
The product comes in 12' lengths and I did not catch that when the ADD-ON sale presented to me at checkout. The reason I can only give this a (3) rating is that both ends were incorrectly cut and jagged. I sent photos to Heidi and she will have production correct the problem she could plainly observe.
Good thing is that ICON Direct heard the concern and is sending a longer piece so I will be made whole.
