   I am on my first big trip. First day use about 2mpg more and today with headwinds was able to stay about 2mpg more as well. I hope it will cut down on bugs as well but mostly interested in getting improved gas milage.

2. Better than expected

   I purchased the WD500 Wind Deflector for my 02 F150. The inital purchase was to keep bugs off my 5th wheel trailer, however I was suprised when I got 10 MPG pulling the trailer, that is 2 mpg over what I was getting prior. I was able to install the same deflector on my new F250 and all apears to be working well.

   I purchased the WD500 wind deflector for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee so I could pull my 25 foot Tango holiday trailer with a little bit more ease. The deflector worked really well in general to help with fuel mileage, keeping bugs off the front of the trailer, and it helped tremendously when pulling into a head wind. I really noticed a difference with trailer sway when meeting larger vehicles and big trucks on the highway. I recommend this product for any SUV or smaller truck pulling a trailer.

   I purchased the WD500 Wind Deflector for my 06 Dakota SLT Quad Cab truck to improve the aerodynamics when hauling a 6" OVER HEIGHT 17 foot Value Hauler by Continental Cargo/Forrest River. My first trip was a ride from the Delaware Dealer to Alexandria, VA, 135 miles and the drop in MPG was heart stopping. We have used the Value Hauler initially to transfer furniture to our retirement home in West Central Indiana and last used it to haul the trike and bike. Our last trip with the motorcycles showed an average of over 2 miles per gallon improvement compared to the trip without the WD500. Well manufactured, easy to install, and reliable in all weather conditions.
