This replacement rear bumper fits some 1996 Fleetwood Southwind models and possibly more. Smooth finish with 4 (3/8") mounting bolts bonded to wooden blocks on backside of part.  Possible Fleetwood part #E12-1200.  Part weight is 20#.  Crate weight 111#, measures: 107"x17"x14".  Ships Truck freight, included.
